The varied and vast range of routes in this beautiful ski area offers countless possibilities for a successful winter’s day. No fewer than 90 lifts and cable cars are available to take you up into the ski area, where 284 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes await you. From Ellmau, the extensive network of slopes extends to Brixen im Thale. You will find plenty of easy, medium, and difficult runs that are guaranteed to make your calves burn.

Those who can’t resist the challenging natural snow runs off-piste during the snowy winter can carve their tracks into the magnificent white while freeriding. Several beautiful routes are just waiting to be discovered by you. Snowboarders and freestylers, in turn, can launch into true leaps of joy in the region’s top fun parks. The well-adapted and varied fun parks are packed with obstacles and rails and are considered Tyrol’s best address for fun and action for a good reason.

Ski Schools

You can get advice at the reception at any time. Lift passes for Austria’s largest connected ski area are also issued and programmed for you here. We are also happy to give you tips for a lunchtime stop and tell you where to find the huts or mountain restaurants with the most beautiful views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Anyone who wants to experience the breathtaking Alpine panorama on skis or a snowboard but has no experience or still needs practice is in the best of hands at one of the thirteen ski schools in the four ‚Kaiser‘ villages. Trained ski instructors build on decades of experience and the most modern ski instruction. Returners, beginners, and little slope stars from the age of 2 receive the right feel for the slopes and safe handling of skis and snowboards in a relaxed teaching atmosphere.
